One of our scout leaders played guitar and started singing folk songs, I went to the Fox and Goose on Canal Road in Bradford and met Dad Tattersill that was 1965 and I have been singing ever since, someone will have to nail a lid on my coffin to stop me. I have met some really great friends from all over the world through folk music and had the pleasure to share the stage with some famous ones too, it's like an extended family. I see people at places like Whitby just once a year and it is like you just talked to them last week not a year ago
