I have used MP3 Rocket for MP3 downloads from Youtube a few times. The quality may be less than a good CD but at least it will allows one to listen at their convenience. Copy the youtube url into the appropriate space on MP3 Rocket and the software does the rest. Usually quicker than it takes to play the track in real time. There seems to be quite a few other options as well. Have no idea which provides the highest quality.
