We use a tuner with a clip on mike like the one Tootler suggested and it works very well for all of our instruments. When we did music programs in schools we carried seven autoharps with us and used this tuner almost every day for them. It works very well in noisy environments because the clip on mike only hears the autoharp.

We clipped it onto the tuning pins and had to move it about three times as we moved up the strings.
