When I was in High School I bought a bunch of LP's from the cut out records bin at The Family Bargain Center, $ .39 each. Among them was The Corrie Folk Trio And Paddie Bell and The Corrie Folk Trio And Paddie Bell, The Promise of The Day on Electra Records (Bill Smith, Roy Williamson, Ronnie Browne, and Paddie Bell). I remember being captivated by Bothwell Castle and Lock The Door Lariston. This was my intro to Scottish music, a place I have felt welcome for many years. Don
