I have an Eastman oval hole archtop 800E, hand-carved copy of a Gibson L4 prior to Lloyd Loar and F-holes. It's a work of art. It hardly gets out of the case let alone the house. It was made in China in 2003

My old Guild flat-top sounds great too, so does the '67 Gibson Heritage.

as far as electrics go... the Parker Fly Classic made in Mass. USA, 2000 is so good it's scarey. a quality axe can come from anywhere, (eg. a lot of 70's Japanese models) sometimes we get lucky
