On Sunday October 21st there will be a fourth and final attempt to create the world's biggest ceilidh band and to celebrate the lives of the late Malcolm Douglas and Mike Steel, another much-missed member of the folk community, with music and good company. This will be held at Kelham Island Museum, Sheffield S3 8RY, between 1-4pm, admission £4 (including an optional visit to this fascinating industrial museum), all proceeds to be shared between Macmillan Cancer Care and the Intensive Home Nursing Service. Real Ale Bar supplied by the Fat Cat, one of the pubs in the legendary Don Real Ale Valley. More details, including dots and midis for the three ceilidh tunes, can be found here or on Facebook (search for Making Music for Malcolm & Mike.... M4). See you there!
