YEAH !!! from Northern New Jersey !!!!

In an amazing surprise our power was restored early this morning!!!

I am waiting on the furnace repair guy, but we were able to get the furnace started so for the time being we are warm and connected to the world once again.

It is not clear if our polling place will be restored by Monday, but we have been assured that Federal trucks will appear with paper ballots at all locations without power on Tuesday.

We are still hosting about a dozen folks at church whose power is still out. Folks whose individual house wires are down and folks whose downed trees are going to be tricky to clear in tight corners around multiple houses have been told they will be waiting longer.

But we are so blessed. Thanks for the offers, we were beginning to debate heading to my folks, but luckily we are settled and can start cleaning up the yard
