There was a running joke in Canada back in the early 90s, when it was certain that then Prime Minister Brian Mulroney if remaining at the helm of the Conservative Party, would lead the party to complete decimation, which they were. The sacraficial lamb chosen to replace Mulroney was Kim Campbell. During the campaign there were numerous articles written about "Who is Kim Campbell?" The best answer I ever heard was "Oh, she's the female version of Margaret Thatcher." |
