Thank you all again! I will have a wardrobe trying on session and see which I cringe at least :-D I have a piece from Amelie and Moulin Rouge and I think I have another one from Chocolat as well as quite a lot of tunes. Thank you to Will, particularly, for the wonderful tunes you emailed. It will be nice to have a collection of French themed music. The evening is a fundraising event and is not for French visitors. It is very informal and those attending are looking for a pleasant evening with music that is easy on the ear and not necessarily authentic but it is good to have some that will be.
