In preparation for a liver scan on Tuesday I need to eat an evening meal Monday, which has zero fat. So far, in searching through my cupboards I've learned that tuna, rice, instant potatoes, green beans and canned peaches all have some fat in them. Mushrooms, Bouillon, scones, angel food cake, powdered milk, and blueberry spread have zero fat, but won't make a very healthy meal for a diabetic with blood pressure issues. Do you have other ideas? Thanks, rags
