I looked those up. The sites I've been able to find that list nutrients say that all fruits and vegetables contain small amounts of fat.

I just checked the flour bag. The flour contains fat. It looks as if my recipe for scones which have no fat or eggs in the ingredients isn't going to be fat free, either.
