The idea that Ken Dodd is 'funny' is conclusive proof that humour, rather like music, is a highly subjective taste. You can't make yourself like a particular artist or genre, just as you can't make yourself find a particular comedian funny. Most of Dodd's jokes and routines are considerably older than some things people revere as 'traditional', but that's about the only relevance to Mudcat that I can see ...
