I got a Martin ukulele (c.1950) from my dear husband, a hand-knitted cup warmer from ,y impoverished daughter, a sweet note from my impoverished son, and the best gift of all, a Christmas Eve and Christmas day filled with dear friends stopping by, good food, good music, and much love. Plus a bunch of cheap stuff from the relatives who can't accept that we really don't need/want anything. Yup, gnu, yard sale, here we come! Except most of it isn't even yard sale-worthy! Oh, well.
