RoyH (Burl) Lyr Req: Nimm mich mit, Kapitän (German) (12) German song 'Nim uns mit Kapitan'? 10 Feb 13

During the 1950's I spent a couple of years in Lippstadt, Germany. There was a popular song of the time about a boy asking a sea captain to take him on a voyage. I've remembered the opening line to this day, but I'd like to know the rest of it. Can anyone help please? At the same time was a young singer, a schoolgirl known as 'Die Kleine Kornelia'. She would be in herlate sixties or early seventies now of course. I just wondered what happened to her. One more thing. Although my memory is fading I can vaguely recall a custom in Lippstadt called 'Schutzenfest' (spelling?). I can't recall any details. What was it? Is it still going?
