A song we sang in girls' glee club in the mid 1960s. "Daffodils upon the hills are swaying in the breeze, While overhead, the branches spread, their tender leafy canopies The stately hollyhocks and purple stock (?) in shy majesty Surround the lawn, where newly born, the daises smile and curtsy." Can't remember the rest of the lyrics but it is a beautiful song. I've done many searches and haven't found anything yet. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
