Yesterday, I drove across Vermont to try out a Voyage-air VAOM-04 that I saw on Craigslist. Seemed unlikely, but I took the asking price out of the bank, in cash, just in case. I got to the place and tried the guitar, and thought the sound and playability were very good - superb, in light of the asking price. Then the owner showed me the procedure for folding it up, and opening it back up. Then I played it some more. Then I just handed him the cash. These things are incredible! If a guitar that folds up, and opens up to play, so easily can be made, with that good sound and action, for such a reasonable price, why don't more companies do it? There's got to be a catch somewhere. I hope I don't find out what it is for a long while yet. So much for my noble "no more guitars" resolution. "But this was a special case..." Haw! Peter
