This is sad news about Harvey. I met hin so long ago that the circumstances of our meeting have been forgotten. he ran the folk club at Northallerton for some years and when that finished he and Maureen went on to run the folk club at the Riverside in Bedale. Harvey got round the local folk scene as well and every now and again we would meet at Saltburn or Guisbro or the Cutty Wren swap a few insults and then get down to the serious business of a good gossip. I will miss his round smiling face and silver hair and his lively rendition of South Australia. Our sympathies go to Maureen and Harveys family
