Just listened to Jim Capaldi's beautiful version of "Low Spark" and realized I had no idea what he was singing about. I've loved this song for years but somehow ignored the song's murky meaning. Perhaps, like other Winwood songs, its too busy being opaque in an artsy way to bother with meaning. but I suspect otherwise. I made this a BS thread because it's not at all folk, but are there any theories out there about what high-heeled boys are?
