Thanks, Kat. You answered the question very quickly, but either I forgot it or I took over a year to see it. That's just what I was trying to remember! The example by Bridget Fitzgerald at the link posted by ChanteyLass exhibits some of the aspects of sean-nós, including syllables sung to several notes, glottal stops, and mid-phrase breath-taking.
