Peeing in the woods? what about peeing into the stream? after years of being trained not to pee in the stream/creek/river, I went on a raft trip down the Green River in Utah where we were instructed to pee in the water.....hard thing to get used to. the area has so little rain and so many campers on the river that if everyone peed around the camp sites it would be a stinkin' mess. Speaking of messes, we had to pack out our poop....for which we employed an ammo box fitted with a toilet seat...

this peeing in the stream deal is common practice on the colorado river and many others...especially in the west...does anyone else have experience with this?

oh, and I have heard that there is a fish in the amazon, Candirus, which is rumoured to swim into people's orafices if they pee in the amazon river. there have been cases of these fish lodged in penis and vagina, so watch out!
