Which makes me nobody. Which makes me respond.

I'm not used to Internet chats other than this site. I avoid Facebook etc. So I have little experience of what a troll is. If it means sabotaging discussion for no reason or anarchic reasons, then troll is as good a term as any.   However, if it is used when someone disagrees with you or is controversial in order to stimulate debate then troll is a lazy accusation.

As to the question, the answer is yes. There are always creatures and organisms that can detect vibration or odour in all but the most sterile environments and forests harbour many creatures, mythical trolls included it seems...

Mudcat is well versed in discussing mythical creatures. ...
