We are proud to announce the arrival of Out Of Reach - an album made by musicians who meet in Cambridgeshire pubs and play tunes every week. The sole purpose is to raise funds for Cancer Research UK The brainchild of Danny Gallagher, who lost his wife to cancer a few years ago, this is an album of mostly English tunes (with a couple of songs) recorded in my studio in one afternoon. With no excessive rehearsal or arrangements, it has some of the rough edges and raw energy of a live session whilst having much better sound quality than if we'd actually recorded it in the pub. It's also crammed full of good tunes! Available for on line purchase - see the web site at www.outofreach.org.uk for full track listing, info about the musicians and the story behind the album. We don't make a penny out of this - once pressing costs have been covered, all of the £10 purchase price of each CD will go to Cancer Research UK. Please consider supporting a good cause. Anahata
