The song "Green Line Bus" is by Bill Oddie and Tim Brooke-Taylor, from the "Cambridge Circus" revue, a predecessor of "I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again" and thus the whole Monty Python (ahem) Circus. It is on a 1963 LP called simply "Cambridge Circus" produced by a certain George Martin. The Parlophone label catalogue number places it just after the first two Beatles albums . |
