Just a quick note to say John is not at all well these days but he still has wicked sense of humour as he illustrated when I saw him recently. The good news for lovers of John's songs is that we in Stramash, the last group that he sang with, are in the process of bringing out a CD of John singing his songs that we've compiled from archive recordings.
