Want to thank everyone who posted such supportive messages, it helped me lift my spirits so much. Don't often feel that bad ( in fact never before?) Thanks to Maeve,her idea, we are going to have a week away at the end of June. I have arranged for 24/7 care for mum.She will still be at our home but with "live in" carers that she knows and likes. My daughter will pop in every day to make sure all is well. We are going to stay in Somerset where my cousin has a holiday apartment and has said we can use at anytime! So how lucky are we. So looking forward to 7 days with Billy, good books and a few glasses of good wine! much love Wendy xxxxxxxxxx
