They are mini steampunk, timetravelling kit. Turn on the LED, point it at your temple and think of "when" you want to be. Time machine - portal in your pocket, kind of thing! Plastic testtube, filled with bit of colied wire, some beads that look a bit like planets, some tulle netting. Fixed on the end is a finger LED (google it) and then a bit of pleather cannibalised from old handbag to cover the LED torch bit. Cool innit? Did you see how I steampunked my walker/transit chair? My pride and joy.
