The Tufty Swift song (it is indeed on 'How to make a Bakewell Tart') was written by a Music Hall performer called Frank Wood - see this link.

'HTMABT' is available on CD from Free Reed as a double with Sue Harris as 'Hammer, Tongues and a Bakewell Tart' - see here for example.

Two fine, fun albums from way back when.
