Follow its use with a luke warm rinse. Otherwise a combination of product and dirt will build up in corners and grooves (particularly between floor boards), possibly requiring stripping every few years. Put that job off with a decent rinse. A wet vac with a squeegee head will work wonders to pick up the rinse. It isn't required every time, just maybe every few applications.
