Open Letter to George Rolph

Letter 4 - Hunger Strikes & Hypocrites

Dear George,

I was very pleased to hear that you have now stopped your hunger strike and that after almost 50 days without food you have been able to savour the taste of boiled eggs and toast shortly after you stopped, moving on almost instantly to Lamb Curry the next day.

It just shows me, yet again, what a very strong constitution you have, George, which I have to admire, as I did your being able to force yourself to write so very many long and amazingly coherent messages to your Facebook page each and every day throughout this gruelling endurance you have put yourself through.

Comparing yourself to the starving of Biafra was an excellent move, as that must have ended the suspicions of many, for when you pointed out that they were able to still live relatively normal lives despite being without food for *far* longer than you, I thought it was truly a stroke of genius, as I'd not thought of it that way before, and I have to admit, I was teetering on The Edge Of Disbelief myself for a short while there..

I'm sure many who may have had the word 'Hypocrite' running through their minds, banished it forever with those words of yours.

As soon as the images of those starving people came into my mind, I could see where you were coming from, although, I only seem to recall tragic images of them staggering in morbid silence, with skin hanging off them and hopelessness in their eyes, whilst desperately trying to put one foot in front of the other, often carrying their dying children, or indeed, in some sad cases, their already dead children...but I am now a very ancient bear, of very little brain...so my memory lets me down often.

However, I'm sure I must have simply overlooked the Biafrans who were carrying their computers with them so they could keep in touch with the rest of the world, updating them about their plight on a daily basis too...although, perhaps they didn't have computers back then, (See? there I go again!) in which case, no doubt they were writing letters under the shade of a tree, whenever possible, and of course, when not burying their beloved children, or just sitting down quietly to die with them in dignity.

It was just such a relief to know that all was well and that it was perfectly normal to still be able to do what you were doing after nearly 7 weeks of no food...and I no longer felt any need to worry.

Now, George, I'm very concerned about a few things on your behalf, obviously, and, as you know, I can no longer speak to you via your FB or email, as you've blocked me, along with many, many others, but unlike everyone else, I do like to always be of help to you.

First of all, do you recall when you said this about me?

>>>>>>>>>>
From George Rolph Yes Ariadne...then I expressed a viewpoint that was OFF their narrative and Lizzie Cornish....that great supporter of the disabled and Scar Sugar plum began a sytematic effort to abuse a disabled man on hunger strike FOR the disabled. Now, what does that tell you about THEIR character and the desirability of wanting people who could sink that low as "supporters" ? I don't WANT OR NEED fakes around me. ANYONE who could behave in that way because they were "offended" is totalitarian and part of the problem and not the solution. They are NOT welcome here and I do not want them around me. I have PTSD BECAUSE of female domestic abuse covered up and ignored by the feminist run abuse industry....I make NO APOLOGIES for decrying them, their attitudes or for exposing them for the lunatics they are. Like it or lump it, I will continue to do so because I decided long ago that NO MORE SILENCE was a good creed to live by. Now, among those groups are probably some lovely people. LET THEM STAND UP AND SPEAK OUT ALSO! No room for cowards here. Silence in the face of tyranny is cowardice."

Well....I got very worried about this, George, for you seem to have totally the wrong end of the stick and I'm sure it must have been because of your hunger strike, and it may well still be causing you pain, so...here is The Truth.

I found you in Facebook one day, just stumbled across you.

As I am a Carer for my 98 year old ex-mother-in-law, who lives here with me and is also registered blind, very deaf and frail, I thought you were doing a very noble thing.

I also cared for my Darlin' Dad to the end of his days, following his first stroke, when he came to live with us, with Mum too. Dad also suffered from Emphysema, not a nice thing to have at all. I nearly also ended up caring for my father-in-law too, but he died shortly before he was due to move in with us. He had Alzheimers. (I was married back then). My mother had also lived with me during the time, from my father's illness to his death. (this was marriage No 1, by the way, as I know you know I was married to someone else later)

So, you can see I am no coward and have been caring for disabled people for a very long time. Vi, my ex-mother-in-law, lived with me during my first marriage and I've cared for her now for 13 years, the last 4 of those being here with me, whilst also raising my children at the same time.

The 'abuse' of which you speak was not that at all.

Indeed, when you first started that thread which seemed to many to humiliate and degrade women, the one where you stated you always told men there was 'no such thing as the female mind', I wrote you some gentle emails (I have them still, George, and they are also on my FB page now, along with your replies) in which I told you how worried I was that you were in grave danger of sabotaging your campaign for the sick, disabled and vulnerable by saying what you were saying to the very people who were helping you.. You replied telling me you thought it was funny to get 'feminists' and 'lefties' all riled up..and you continued on with doing exactly that.

This worried me, as most of the women on that thread, (Again, I have a copy of it, George, should you need it to refresh your memory, as I'm only here to help) were kind, gentle people...and there were many kind and gentle 'lefties' on there too, all of whom had been wishing you well and helping you, some of them hugely, such as myself and the other person you have mentioned in your message above, who was so kind, so caring and so, so concerned for you.

What also worries me is I think some people may have seen your words as being somewhat manipulative, and I'm sure you'd not meant them to be that way, really...especially the part where you talk about me abusing a disabled man who was on hunger strike for disabled people. You may want to put a note about that on your page? I'd be so unhappy if people thought you were a lying, abusive, deceptive, manipulative bastard, you see, George.

No, no, no, no, no..............no....I'd not want that at all.

I have many other worries, but I think I need to put those into another letter, as this is already a little like War & Peace II.

Again, I am so glad you are now able to munch away on Lamb Curry so soon after all your hardship, for I'd have hated you to have had to endure a week or more of gentle light food introduced in small, but increasing-in-size portions, as most people have to endure when ending a hunger strike...Lamb Curry saved the day, by the sound of it..

Always in helpfulness, George
Lizzie
