Until Bush became governor, what governor presided over more executions than any other? Texas Gov. Ann Richards, Liberal Democrat... To show how tough he was on crime, Bill Clinton flew back to Arkansas in the midst of his 1992 presidential campaign to approve the execution of Ricky Ray Rector, a man so brain-damaged that he put aside the dessert of his last meal for later…Rector had no idea what being executed meant... Strange, I don't hear much of a fuss made when we Democrats execute people...
