Hmm. Is that how you transliterate it? I thought it was "Suber" die glocken nie Klingen... Tells you how little German I know.

There's a version of it on a CD I have by Boney M called "The 20 Greatest Christmas Songs" and they've translated the title to "Sweet Bells". It's very pretty.

I think they sing it in English, too, and will try to figure out the lyrics if asked.

If you like the German carols, this CD also has "Leise reiselt der Schnee" (Snow Falls over the Ground), "O Tannenbaum", "Es Wird scho' glei dumpa"(Darkness is Falling) and "Tochter Zion"(Zion's Daughter) as well as "Petit Papa Noel".
