Once you have it treated with the bleach then you need to paint the area with a stain blocker paint... But you also need to figure out where the moisture is... It might be on the other side of the cupboard or it might be something as simple as a sink under it causing moisture from evaporating upward... That need to be addressed... Maybe a small metal vent on the cupboard door will work... Good luck... B~
