Come to think of it, "an English speaker living in Ireland" is most likely seen locally as having "an eccent"

So, in the face of this "new information", I feel compelled to change my earlier lower-calss and unmannerly "not likely so, matey" vote to a politically correct and cleaned up "quite possibly yea, me sire" :)
