We only contracted with Sing Out to provide the songlist this time. They are to do all the other aspects of the project including permissions, chord lines, lyrics, sources, layout, illustration, indexing, etc. Quite a task! We submitted the list to Sing Out on schedule, but to my knowledge SO has not moved on to the next step of obtaining copyright permissions as yet. I would predict they are looking at a minimum of 2-3 years of work once they get started on obtaining permissions. It's an awesome amount of work! I certainly wouldn't hold your breath! Maybe around 2002? The main thing we are doing now is working on assigning the songs to subject oriented chapters as was done in the original volume. Thanks for your interest!
