As you know, Jack, I have no personal power here, and (in contrast to you) I do not tell the organizers how to interpret their rules. My idea is designed to alleviate the problems resulting from the phenomenon mentioned by Q, without resorting to censorship.

Whoever disagrees or has a better suggestion, may please address the whole community, not only me. If no action is found necessary, all the better.
