I have a Toshiba Laptop computer and recently had Windows 7 installed. I had Windows Vista before.
I have a Windows Media Player to hear music on my computer.
I have no problem hearing songs that I have downloaded or song samples I have and I can listen to CDs/DVD's without any problem at all. I can also listen to songs/videos on Youtube.

However, the problem I have encountered since Windows 7 was installed is being able to hear songs or song samples by sellers who are selling Lps or CDs on Ebay. I would often go into Ebay - type Folk Lps - or Folk CD's - hear. That would bring up all the sellers who have song samples from their CDs or LPs to hear. Sometimes it would be just a song sample or sometimes an entire song. Sellers would have anywhere from one song to hear to maybe 3 or 4 songs.

I'm not talking about where some sellers have it set up as an MP3 to hear but only the sellers where you could click on the box or X in corner of box to hear the song or song sample immediately.

I have not been able to hear any songs at all. I checked my Windows Media Player. Sound (volume) is up as highest it will go but I cannot hear any songs from Ebay sellers who have songs from LPs or CD's to hear. I even sent a message to 3 or 4 different sellers to ask them if their song samples they had set up to listen to on the albums they are selling was working. All, including one who I frequently buy from over the last few years, have all said that on their side it is working fine and have had no other sellers mention it to them.

So....in lieu of this I would like to ask if anyone can reply in a most simple way possible (I am not too much of a tech. person)if you could explain in easy understandable terms, what I can do or try to do to hear songs on Ebay. Now not all sellers have this on their albums they are selling - only some do so when you type in on the open area what you are looking to buy you have to type in Folk Music Lps or CDs - Hear. Then it will bring up ONLY Lps or CDs with song samples.

As I mentioned before, I can hear songs in my saved songs (not ebay), I can hear Youtube songs, etc. so I don't know what the problem might be.

I had NO PROBLEM TO HEAR SONGS WHEN I HAD WINDOWS VISTA BUT ONLY NOW SINCE WINDOWS 7 WAS INSTALLED.
