Nice to hear I might have been of help, billybob! Ebbie, like you, I just have warm flushes--no sweats--but they do wake me up. As I understand it, when you have a hot flash, it releases adrenalin into your system, which takes some recovery time, hence the sleeplessness. I still have to deal w/ the hot flashes, but my sleep is better, since I went back to paper books before bed & none during the night! Barbara
