As part of the "TradFest" series of events in Edinburgh, between 29th April and 11th May, a one-day series of workshops is planned to "Explore and develop ways of playing Scottish traditional music on the flute, covering different styles and tunes, technique, decoration, breathing, phrasing, tone production and history". We hope to arrange a session somewhere on the Saturday night, and maybe even beforehand on the Friday. All are welcome - hope to meet some of you there.
