I used to buy the odd instructional DVD - many years ago - and still have one by Woody Mann on the guitar work of Blind Blake. But I realised that very few of them were actually easy to understand. I prefer to get hold of sheet music for stuff I do these days - or, for some more informal stuff, do what I used to do when I first started: listen and work it out be ear. When I started to put together my own instructional videos, I tried to imagine myself attempting to learn the piece, and asked myself how I would like to be shown how to play it. That's when I started to used fretboard diagrams in slo-mo to show each step of a tune. They've been very popular, but I have to say that everyone learns in a different way, and one path doesn't suit all. Good luck with the Grossman stuff, Al.
