Last night I picked up a call from such an automated system. I said my usual 'hello' twice & was ready to hang up when some poor confused bugger said "(name) speaking, how may I help you" I just hung up in my usual fashion - I was too surprised to think of an answer! slow-witted & surprised sandra

Back to the Main Forum Page
