I don't have the infinite knowledge that anonymous trolls possess, so it's not within my ability to judge why a person has become obese. I suppose some have the ability to control their weight and just don't, but many have endocrine problems or other factors, or perhaps just an addictive personality. Whatever the reason, obesity can be a serious problem. With a little help, obese people can be productive and can manage to get along quite well. If they are treated as outcasts or are not given the help they need to survive, then they become a burden on society.
And then the trolls can say, "I told you so."

I think that's about all there is to say about this matter.
