We went to the Tesco superstore today and were a bit miffed to find the whole place festooned with Greek flags. Why? As you probably know, my husband is from Ivory Coast and was rather disappointed to see this, as his country play Greece this evening. It's a bit thick of Tesco to side with one team like this. Surprising really. Obviously one expects England flags to be displayed as they're selling various items (or were!) for England fans, but to go all out for blooming Greece and not mention the other team....grrr!
