I felt so bad, physically AND guilty after I ate that monster burger that I used cracked wheat bread for the second one about 4 hours later. Took me an hour to get 4/5ths of it down. Ate the rest when I rose this AM. 176.2# this AM... after I ate the rest of the burger, of course. I feel so guilty that I am gonna get me exercise. I forget who plays in the 2 early World Cup matches but I am determined to buck up and watch as much as I can.
