Keith quite rightly asks if anyone cares that ISIS wish their caliphate to include FGM. Sadly, that's what happens when religion has too much influence in society and wicked people use it to justify misogyny and bigotry. The thread I started on the positive steps the Anglican Church has taken in allowing women to apply for senior posts shows that interpretation of scriptures can be altered if you come under enough pressure from the rest of society. Somehow though, I don't see the militant genesis of this caliphate being about the will and needs of those caught within it.
