Bat Goddess EARLY! Aug. Press Room Shanty Sing (16) RE: EARLY! Aug. Press Room Shanty Sing 10 Aug 14

Let's see it I can eat a late lunch and get this posted... (Okay, that worked; now I'm trying to keep a cat off my shoulder because I can't type with her in my lap and she really prefers to stand either on my carotid artery or on my trachea, which REALLY complicates life...)

The crew yesterday was me (Linn Schulz = Bat Goddess), Dianne Lavoie, Nick Noble from Worcester, Lynn Noel and Phillip Nimeskern, Justine Donovan, Susan Young, Alan Eaton, Ramona Connelly, Carol Coronis, (which means we had all four London Julies), Bill Lehrman and Carol Pierson, Marty Stock (Bupkes) and several more people from Gloucester who I didn't get a chance to talk to or find out their names, Lynn Feingold, and Jeff Warner. Also in the audience was Alan's son Stephen and his wife and kids and Gail Diderickson and her sister Janice. And Ellen and Dave Hamil.

We were decidedly weighted towards the feminine side -- a hen frigate for the most part. Lynn, Lynn, and I don't often get to be in the same room together so yesterday was a treat. We've been threatening for several years to sing together as a group and call ourselves "Three Jolly Rogues Named Lynn". My suggestion is that one of them change the spelling of their name to Lynne and then, when asked how to tell us apart, we can say, "By our names."
