Most country dance tunes have a lot more notes per bar and not matter how many times I try I don't hear them all and I cannot play them. Show me the dots to a jig and I can work throught the tune and play it from memory in a week or so. This thread is too long for anybody to care enough to read it all and follow the decussion. Well done anyway Tune works you are still brilliant
