Ditto Sandra. Years ago, we trekked to Ottawa and stayed at Bro's for a week while he was stationed at CFHQ with the RCAF. Fresh arctic char from the even more frozen Great White North, brought in on a regular transport, was steamed with wine and the presentation was a magazine picture. YUCK! Next day, Bro and SiL were at work and Mum took on supper. She cut the remainder of the char (there was LOTS left) into steaks and fried them, along with making a "hash" out of the veggies. DEEEElicious. SiL was not in a good mood.
