No need to be sorry, CL. We all toss our cookies once in a while. I may do so in the next hour or so. 3.5 year old frozen cheddar cheese is in the oven with macaroni. I dare to go where no cheese has gone before. If this is my last post, don't freeze cheese in the back of the freezer and forget about it.
