It is Patrick Sky singing and playing. The recording was doctored in such a way as to make it sound like a beat up scratched 78 of an old time singer. The whole album is a Hoot if you will excuse the expression. Without going to my shelves I believe that this is the album where Mississippi John Hurt sings Gilbert and Sullivan. There is also a song about the Pope at the time, hilarious. Hoot
