She's still deciding on that. First, he's almost certainly judgement proof (nothing there). Secondly, she's opposed from a professional and personal standpoint to suing anyone -- she says that nothing good ever comes of a lawsuit unless it breaks new ground (e.g., class action) because the law is pretty well established. Thirdly, she's concerned that she might be doing something out of a desire for revenge, and that's not ever good. So she's deciding whether or not to proceed against him. Besides, she has too much else to do right now That 7/10s of a mile was done in 22 minutes. Not a new land speed record, but she's REALLY happy about it.
